Job summary

UNSW Sydney is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Functional Consultant to provide functional support across all IGA program phases. You will lead collaboration with project managers, vendors, and business users to design, test and implement solutions that meet business outcomes.

Two 12‑month, day-rate contracts, hybrid flexible working with minimum 2 days in Kensington office; strong integration with Identity Management systems and university enterprise systems is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions in a functional capacity.
• Experience designing and testing custom PeopleSoft solutions.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft Campus Solutions with Identity Management systems.
• Transition planning to BAU and heightened post-release support.
• Engagement across functional, technical teams and senior management.
• Higher Education experience, preferably with UNSW.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Commitment to health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support to all phases of the IGA program.
• Lead with project managers, vendors, and business users in impact analyses and testing.
• Support Architects, Developers, and other Technical Teams.
• Develop relationships to deliver innovative project solutions.
• Prepare for and assist with post-go-live support.
• Analyse, resolve and test defects.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support to SiMs and related systems.
• Develop knowledge of UNSW business systems and their interrelationships.
