You will coach through performance management and complex people matters, conduct investigations, and advise on legislation, awards and Enterprise Agreements.

You will contribute to broader People and Culture initiatives, improve policies and tools, and support internal reporting for a dispersed workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding leaders on performance management and complex people matters.
• Strong knowledge of workplace relations legislation, awards and agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder engagement skills.
