Job summary

Tandem Partners Pty Ltd. in Sydney is seeking a Senior People & Culture Coordinator to lead day-to-day HR operations across a large, multi-site workforce.

You will work with leaders, payroll, and the People & Culture team to ensure timely support across the full employee lifecycle while maintaining compliance and data integrity. Reporting to the Head of People Services and Operations, the role focuses on onboarding/offboarding, contract administration, records management, and driving HR process

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Operations or People & Culture roles.
• Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
• Strong HR systems and data management capabilities.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Fair Work.
• Visa/work rights familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare employment contracts and variation documents.
• Coordinate employee records and HRIS updates.
• Support probation, compliance, and data quality monitoring.
• Produce workforce reports and insights.
• Contribute to HR technology and process improvements.
