Job summary

Tandem Partners is seeking a Senior People & Culture Coordinator (Service & Operations) to support day-to-day HR operations across a large, multi-site workforce in Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Head of People Services and Operations, you will manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts and workforce variation documents, and maintain accurate employee records and data integrity while supporting compliance and the full employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in HR Operations, People & Culture, Shared Services, or workforce administration environments.
• End-to-end employee lifecycle experience: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, promotions, workforce movements, records management.
• Strong HR systems experience across enterprise people and workforce management platforms.
• Advanced administration, reporting, and data management with strong attention to detail.
• Experience producing workforce reports and analysing trends, turnover, compliance, and movements.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, NES, Fair Work obligations, and workplace compliance.
• Exposure to visa management/work rights compliance and labour mobility programs is highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; proactive, organised, solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare employment contracts and workforce variation documentation.
• Coordinate employee records and system updates.
• Support probation and compliance activities; monitor data quality.
• Produce workforce reports and insights for leadership.
• Contribute to HR technology and process improvement initiatives.
• Support a workforce with labour mobility and work rights compliance requirements.
