Tandem Partners Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced People Manager who will partner with senior stakeholders and drive the People strategy across talent, capability and employee relations.

You will coach leaders, navigate complex matters, and contribute to workforce planning and broad People initiatives in a fast-moving environment. Formación

• Strong employee relations capability, including complex performance matters.
• Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial acumen and ability to connect People decisions with strategic priorities.
• Confidence working autonomously through ambiguity and change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about better ways of working, including AI in People functions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide pragmatic, commercially minded people advice.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams with focus on talent and retention.
• Navigate complex employee relations, performance and grievance matters with sound judgement.
• Contribute to strategic People projects spanning employee experience, talent, resourcing and development.
• Support workforce planning and mobility considerations for capability needs.
• Oversee key People processes to ensure high standards of delivery.
• Collaborate across specialist People teams to create a connected employee experience.
• Explore process improvements and how AI can enhance People function operations.
