Job summary

ORS Group is seeking Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our multidisciplinary team. You will deliver evidence-based PBS services under the NDIS, develop BSPs, and conduct FBAs, partnering with clients, families and allied health professionals.

The role offers a structured induction, ongoing mentoring, and opportunities for career advancement, with flexible work arrangements including work from home and supervision aligned to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Core or Proficient PBS Practitioner.
• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary PBS frameworks and FBA methodologies.
• Excellent written communication and report writing skills.
• Passion for working with individuals with disability and a commitment to human rights-based, person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDIS.
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs).
• Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and allied health professionals.
• Work autonomously while being supported by a national team of Senior Practitioners and Clinical Leaders.
• Receive supervision aligned to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
