Job summary

DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant to lead Australian payroll implementations from Melbourne. You will design, configure, and support scalable payroll solutions while collaborating with clients and global delivery teams.

Key responsibilities include leading solution design and deployment, conducting client workshops and POCs, and mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
8–10 years’ experience delivering Australian payroll implementations.
Sound knowledge of Australian payroll processes, HCM and statutory compliance.
Experience integrating with S/4HANA HCM and Finance modules.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP Payroll design, configuration, and deployment as subject matter expert.
Facilitate client workshops, POCs, and solution approvals.
Develop functional specifications and best-practice SAP solutions.
Lead testing, UAT support, implementation and user training.
Coordinate integrations across SAP HCM and Finance modules.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
