Job summary

Miller Leith in Australia is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll SME to join a not-for-profit partner. You will own the back-end payroll environment, configure, maintain and troubleshoot while identifying gaps and opportunities to strengthen processes.

You will share knowledge, upskill the existing team and collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to resolve issues and drive improvements across Australian payroll.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll module.
• Strong back-end configuration and maintenance skills.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience identifying gaps and driving payroll process improvements.

The Company

We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll SME to join their team.
This is a specialist opportunity for someone who can come in, strengthen the existing payroll environment, upskill the current team and be the go-to SAP expert.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the back-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll environment, supporting configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting while identifying gaps and opportunities to strengthen current processes.
A key part of the role will be sharing your knowledge and upskilling the existing team, while working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll SME
• Manage back-end configuration and system maintenance
