EVT Head Office in Sydney is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll across Australia and New Zealand weekly employees and corporate entities. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance under local legislation, with Dayforce as the payroll system.

You will mentor Payroll Officers, collaborate with HRIS, Recruitment and Finance, and support audits to maintain data integrity and audit readiness while driving process improvements and automation.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of experience in end-to-end Australian payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (Fair Work, PAYG, STP, superannuation).
• Advanced experience in payroll systems (Dayforce preferred).
• Competency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end Australia, New Zealand and corporate payroll processes.
• Perform payroll reviews and sign-off with compliance to legislation and policies.
• Interpret NZ holidays act, KiwiSaver, PAYE, ACC for pay outcomes.
• Mentor Payroll Officers and support data accuracy and integrity.
• Lead process improvements and automation in payroll workflows.
• Support internal and external audits with transparent payroll records.
