EVT is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll for Australia and New Zealand, supporting weekly employees across the EVT Group. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery and compliance with local legislation, while collaborating with HRIS, Recruitment and Finance.

As the payroll SME you will mentor Payroll Officers, drive process improvements, support audits, and champion data integrity and cyber security.

Qualificações

• 4–6 years of end-to-end Australian payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.
• Advanced Dayforce and Excel skills.
• Experience with HRIS or recruitment systems.
• Ability to interpret awards and policy changes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll for Australia and NZ employees and corporate entities.
• Perform payroll reviews and sign-off to ensure compliance.
• Support audits with accurate records and data integrity.
• Mentor Payroll Officers and drive process improvements.
• Ensure security and data protection of payroll information.
