Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Payroll based in Australia. You will lead end-to-end payroll implementations for enterprise clients, translating business needs into tailored Australian payroll solutions while guiding cross-functional teams through configuration, data migration, and training.

The role requires five+ years in implementation consulting or project management, with at least three years in a senior capacity.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in implementation consulting or project management.
• Minimum of three years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Experience delivering enterprise-level implementations from discovery to post-implementation support.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects for enterprise clients.
• Design and tailor implementation strategies to client payroll needs.
• Guide configuration, data migration, and integrations.
• Mentor junior team members and improve delivery standards.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to clients and leadership.
