  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer success, to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve dependencies.
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integrations to ensure accurate data transfer and reliable payroll operations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver client training materials, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions to support effective adoption of payroll solutions.

  • At least five years of experience in implementation consulting or project management, including a minimum of three years in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Proven success delivering complex, enterprise-level implementations from initial discovery through configuration, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Strong technical expertise in system configuration, data migration, software integrations, and implementation troubleshooting.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements, competing priorities, deadlines, and project risks.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a SaaS, software, or technology-driven environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving products and customer requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a practical, solution-oriented approach to complex implementation challenges.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, including the ability to support junior colleagues and encourage knowledge sharing.
  • High attention to detail, strong accountability, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
Benefits
