The Professional Search Group in Australia is seeking a Payroll Consultant to move beyond BAU payroll, partnering with businesses to drive transformation, lead projects and become a trusted advisor.

You will join a respected payroll consulting team, help clients implement leading payroll technologies, and deliver solutions that improve operations and realise meaningful outcomes for a diverse range of organisations across Australia.

Qualifications

• Solid end-to-end payroll experience and knowledge of payroll legislation.
• Experience in payroll projects or system implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Passion for payroll technology and continuous improvement.
• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Dayforce or Workday preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with clients across industries to review, improve and transform payroll operations.
• Support end-to-end payroll system implementations and transformation projects.
• Analyse payroll processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Configure and support payroll technology platforms.
• Assist with data migration, testing, reporting and go-live activities.
• Deliver training and support to clients during project delivery.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Change Managers to ensure successful outcomes.
