Job summary

Acclime in Australia is seeking a dynamic Payroll Services Manager to lead the Payroll Services Team across Australia, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for clients.

You will oversee onboarding of new clients, drive service quality, and spearhead continuous improvement in payroll systems and processes, while collaborating with remote teams and maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in payroll management.
• Experience in payroll processing for large organisations and outsourced payroll services.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (PAYG, Superannuation, FBT).
• Understanding payroll legislation across Australian States and Territories (LSL, Payroll Tax).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and autonomously.
• Experience managing remote teams.
