Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking a Senior Workday Payroll Lead to oversee design, implementation and delivery of Workday Payroll for clients across ANZ. You will act as trusted advisor, manage teams, engage senior stakeholders and drive payroll transformation initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end payroll deployments, govern testing, and ensure data integrity while expanding capabilities through asset development and knowledge sharing across the Workday practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive Workday Payroll implementations experience.
• Delivery leadership across payroll projects.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations and transformations from design to deployment.
• Own solution architecture and payroll process design with client alignment.
• Oversee configuration of payroll elements and ensure data integrity and reconciliation.
• Govern payroll testing strategy (SIT, UAT) and ensure quality outcomes.
• Manage migration of payroll solution into production and transition support.
• Act as primary client interface for payroll workstreams and manage risks.
