LCS Group in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Payroll & Accounts Officer to lead payroll and finance administration across multiple entities. Reporting to the Group Accountant, you will guide a small team and ensure accurate payroll processing, invoicing, and supplier payments.

You will partner with Finance, HR and operations to resolve issues, support RTW and workers compensation matters, and contribute to month-end and year-end activities with a focus on compliance and process improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience in end-to-end payroll and multi-entity financial administration.
• Hands-on experience with payroll/ERP systems (MYOB Acumatica or similar) and advanced Excel.
• Proven leadership experience guiding a small team.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and Modern Awards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the finance administration team.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, changes, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Coordinate accounts payable and supplier payments.
• Support accounts receivable, invoicing and debt follow-up.
• Assist with month-end, audits, and year-end processes.
• Handle return-to-work (RTW) and workers compensation administration.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and operations to improve processes.
