yourtown is seeking a Senior Pathways Coach to help reconnect young people with education, training and employment. The role is hands-on, requiring rapport-building, practical coaching and strong case-management skills across school and community settings.

You will lead intensive, strengths-based support, collaborate with partners, and guide complex cases while contributing to program outcomes in a 12-month, full-time position.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in building rapport with young people and applying strengths-based approaches.
• Proven track record in intensive case management and referrals.
• Ability to work across school, community and government services.

Aufgaben

• Provide intensive, individualised case management including enrolment, assessment, career guidance and tailored transition planning.
• Engage young people through practical coaching, work-readiness activities and referrals that address barriers to education, training and employment.
• Build partnerships with schools, education providers, community services, employers and government agencies.
• Create pathways into vocational training, work experience, apprenticeships, traineeships and employment, and monitor progress.
• Support the Team Leader as a senior contact, guiding complex cases and helping meet program outcomes.
