Latrobe Regional Health invites applications for a Senior Partner People & Culture to join our team in Gippsland. The role is available as part-time or full-time on an ongoing basis with a minimum of 0.8FTE, offering a competitive salary and generous superannuation.

You will partner with leaders, provide strategic, practical advice on people and employee relations, and drive initiatives to improve engagement, capability and performance across the organisation.

Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Senior Partner People & Culture to join our growing team on a part time or full time ongoing basis. Minimum of 0.8FTE.

• FTE Salary $125,769.80 per annum (pro-rata) + 12% Superannuation
• Salary packaging of up to $11,650 per annum
• 5 weeks annual leave

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a business-related discipline.
• 5 years’ experience in HR business partnering, with a focus on practical outcomes
• A genuine passion for people-centred care and creating inclusive, supportive workplaces
• Confidence in navigating complex employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism
• Excellent relationship-building skills—you’re trusted, approachable, and influential
• A proactive mindset and thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment
