Latrobe Regional Health in Gippsland is seeking a Senior Partner People & Culture to join a dynamic team. This role offers 0.8–1.0 FTE on a permanent basis, with pro-rata salary and additional superannuation.

The LRH provides a supportive workplace culture with opportunities to influence workforce strategy and employee experience. You will partner with leaders, deliver practical HR guidance, and lead initiatives to strengthen engagement and performance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or business-related discipline.
• 5 years’ experience in HR business partnering.
• Passion for people-centred care and inclusive workplaces.
• Ability to navigate complex employee relations with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Senior Partner People & Culture to join our growing team on a part time or full time ongoing basis. Minimum of 0.8FTE.

• FTE Salary $125,769.80 per annum (pro-rata) + 12% Superannuation
• Salary packaging of up to $11,650 per annum
• 5 weeks annual leave

LRH cares for a population of about 300,000 and is the regional provider of specialist services. Medical and radiation oncology are offered by the Gippsland Cancer Care Centre.

Now is an exciting time to join the LRH team, with the $223.5 million expansion completed in March 2024, offering improved maternity and paediatric facilities, larger intensive care unit, increased medical and surgical beds and additional operating theatres.
