Are you seeking a rewarding and diverse Senior Partner People & Culture role in a leading regional hospital? Join the People & Culture team at Latrobe Regional Health, where we value our employees by providing a safe and supportive workplace culture that enables you to thrive.

Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Senior Partner People & Culture to join our growing team on a part time or full time ongoing basis. Minimum of 0.8FTE.

  • FTE Salary $125,769.80 per annum (pro-rata) + 12% Superannuation
  • Salary packaging of up to $11,650 per annum
  • 5 weeks annual leave

The role of the Senior Partner People & Culture is to:

  • Partner with leaders to provide expert, practical support across a wide range of people and employee relations matters.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality advice that helps teams navigate challenges and unlock opportunities
  • Champion a person-centred approach, ensuring decisions prioritise wellbeing, inclusion, and employee experience
  • Drive initiatives that build engagement, capability, and performance across the organisation
  • Support leaders to create positive, productive, and values-driven team environments
  • Contribute to strategic people initiatives that align with directorate and organisational goals
About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a business-related discipline.
  • 5 years' experience in HR business partnering, with a focus on practical outcomes
  • A genuine passion for people-centred care and creating inclusive, supportive workplaces
  • Confidence in navigating complex employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism
  • Excellent relationship-building skills—you're trusted, approachable, and influential
  • A proactive mindset and thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment

LRH cares for a population of about 300,000 and is the regional provider of specialist services. LRH offers cardiac care, surgery, medical, renal, emergency care, aged care, women's and children's services, pharmacy, allied health and rehabilitation. Medical and radiation oncology are offered by the Gippsland Cancer Care Centre.

Now is an exciting time to join the LRH team, with the $223.5 million expansion completed in March 2024, offering improved maternity and paediatric facilities, larger intensive care unit, increased medical and surgical beds and additional operating theatres.
