Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing with focus on paid social and search.
• Strong understanding of metrics like ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR and optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, funnel optimisation, and creative performance analysis.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimisation strategies.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on driving client growth and efficiency.
