Job summary

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote marketing services for clients worldwide, focusing on high-ticket ads and funnels for women entrepreneurs and entertainers. The Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist will manage campaigns, build funnels, and document processes to enable training of others.

The role is hands-on, senior-level, with independence and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on paid advertising experience with demonstrated results.
• Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Solid hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Proven experience building and optimizing high-ticket funnels (1,500–5,000 offers).
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
• Experience with Notion and Slack.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising metrics, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking.
• Familiarity with short-form video, UGC-style creative, and hook testing.
• Familiarity with Meta’s Special Ad Category requirements for financial services.
• Strong written English for ad copy, reporting, and SOP documentation.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document processes and train others.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Support TikTok Ads for future launches.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust based on data.
• Test ad copy, hooks, messaging, and audiences.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and optimize accordingly.
• Scale campaigns with strong performance.
• Build and optimize high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel.
• Create and maintain landing pages, forms, checkout, and follow-up sequences.
• Review funnel performance and improvements for conversions.
• Ensure lead flow and follow-up from ad to conversion.
• Support funnels for offers in the $1,500–$5,000 range.
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking.
• Manage GA4, UTMs, and related tracking.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure accurate data.
• Prepare clear weekly performance reports.
• Write and test ad copy and video ad scripts.
• Develop UGC-style video creative concepts and testing.
• Document SOPs in Notion; train future team members.
