RELIER in Australia is seeking a senior Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition for a fast-growing consumer brand. You will set the strategy, manage multi-million budgets and build the in-house performance function from the ground up.

This hands-on role requires deep hands-on expertise in Meta and Google ads, strong commercial sense on CAC, MER and ROAS, and the ability to mentor a small team while collaborating with Creative, CRM and Growth to scale efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in performance marketing across multiple accounts and markets.
• Hands-on experience scaling DTC/e-commerce on Meta and Google with multi-million budgets.
• Strong technical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Shopify.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end paid media strategy across Australia and the US with P&L ownership.
• Manage and optimise multi-million-dollar annual spend on Meta and Google.
• Forecast, budget pacing and performance reporting for leadership.
• Develop testing and scaling framework across creative, audiences, bidding and campaigns.
• Mentor and develop junior performance talent as the team grows.
• Collaborate with Creative, CRM and Growth to influence acquisition strategy.
