Job summary

IOOF Holdings Limited is seeking a Head of P&C Business Partnering in Sydney. You will influence senior leaders, shape operating models, and connect business priorities with people strategy to strengthen our high-performance culture.

You’ll lead complex organisational design and workforce change from business cases through to implementation, partnering across Executives and leadership teams while coaching the P&C function to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior P&C partnering experience with executives and senior leaders.
• Strong organisational design experience delivering large-scale workforce changes.
• Proven ability to connect business priorities to people strategies.
• Confidently influence, challenge and advise senior stakeholders on workforce matters.
• Experience supporting leadership, talent, engagement, capability and culture outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational design and operating model work for future structures.
• Develop and influence business cases for workforce and operating model changes.
• Partner with Executives on people strategy and capability needs.
• Lead talent reviews, calibration, and development actions.
• Utilise workforce data to inform decisions and identify improvements.
• Contribute to complex transformation activity including M&A integration.
• Collaborate with P&C teams to shape broader people initiatives.
• Coach the P&C team and improve service delivery.
