Job summary

Marsh, a global leader in risk and insurance, seeks an experienced Senior Broker in Perth for our Corporate team. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly.

You will lead large new business tenders, design and place complex insurance programs, and build a network of opportunities with insurers and clients. You will manage, nurture and expand strategic accounts, influence renewal strategies, and work with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty.
• Proven track record of producing new business and managing complex insurance programs.
• Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.
• Strong market presence within General Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to grow our corporate portfolio.
• On-board new clients and deliver Marsh’s value proposition with high-quality service.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with insurers and revenue-generating accounts.
• Lead renewal and broking strategies to ensure strong retention and defence.
• Actively participate in claim-related matters and track new business opportunities.
