Job summary

Marsh in Perth is seeking a senior broker to join its Energy and Power team. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and focuses on managing complex energy accounts, renewals, and expansion opportunities for high-profile clients.

You will work with colleagues across Marsh to deliver client outcomes and drive portfolio growth within the energy and power sector.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in insurance broking, preferably within energy, power, or a related specialty line.
• Active insurance broker’s licence.
• Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of complex energy and power accounts, building on established client relationships.
• Lead renewal and placement activities with colleagues across the business and global placement teams.
• Support client presentations and contribute to new business opportunities with practical and commercial solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand account value through Marsh’s broader service offerings and market insight.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, representing Marsh at industry events and client functions.
