Job summary

Marsh, a global leader in risk and insurance, seeks an experienced Senior Broker in Perth for our Corporate team. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly.

You will lead large new business tenders, design and place complex insurance programs, and build a network of opportunities with insurers and clients. You will manage, nurture and expand strategic accounts, influence renewal strategies, and work with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty.
• Proven track record of producing new business and managing complex insurance programs.
• Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.
• Strong market presence within General Insurance.

Marsh is seeking an experienced Senior Broker with a strong background in new business and account management within Property and Casualty to join our Corporate team. This role will be based in Perth. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Broker – New Business and Growth

This role will provide exposure to leading and participating in large new business tenders and proposals, building a network of opportunities, and designing and placing complex insurance programs.

We will count on you to:

• Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to grow our corporate portfolio through new logos and organic expansion.
• On-board new clients and deliver on Marsh’s value proposition with high-quality service.
• Build and maintain meaningful senior-level relationships with insurers and key revenue-generating accounts.
• Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring strong account retention and defence.
• Actively participate in claim-related matters and track new business opportunities.

What you need to have:

• 7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty.
• Proven track record of producing new business and managing complex insurance programs.
• Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.
• Strong market presence within General Insurance.
