Scotford Fennessy Recruitment seeks an experienced People & Culture Advisor for a 12 month parental leave contract. You will work closely with operational leaders, delivering practical P&C support across the employee lifecycle and ensuring fair processes in line with legislation and policies.

Ideal candidates will have generalist HR/ER experience in manufacturing or operational settings, tertiary HR qualifications, and strong knowledge of Awards and Australian employment law.

Qualificações

• Generalist HR/ER experience in manufacturing or operational settings.
• Tertiary qualification in HR, IR or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, Awards and Australian employment law.
• Experience coaching leaders through performance and workplace change.

Responsabilidades

• Provide generalist HR advice across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, performance, investigations, grievances and misconduct.
• Interpret Awards and legislation and apply internal policies.
• Support change initiatives including restructures, roster changes and relocations.
• Support workforce planning, remuneration discussions and ER trends.
