Job summary

ScotPac Business Finance seeks a People & Culture Generalist to cover a 12-month parental leave, joining a collaborative team focused on delivering a great employee experience across the full lifecycle.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance and compliance, while assisting with change initiatives and WHS administration. Flexible working is available to balance life and work commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People & Culture or HR role.
• Desirable: experience with Employment Hero.
• Proficient with HRIS and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Exposure to WHS processes or reporting is advantageous.
• HR qualification completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activity from job ads to onboarding.
• Support P&C projects, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Provide general P&C administrative support and handle first-level queries.
• Lead WHS administration, reporting and initiatives.
• Coordinate employee events and wellbeing initiatives.
