Job summary
Human & Co. is seeking an experienced HRBP Lead for a part-time, 0.5 FTE role, covering 6 months of parental leave in Sydney.
You will act as the senior HR voice, partnering with the Senior Leadership Team on workforce planning, performance and capability, and lead our WHS program with oversight of the WHS Committee and psychosocial risk work. You will guide employment relations, lead investigations, and drive capability through recruitment, onboarding and learning compliance via Employment Hero
Qualifications
- 3+ years HR experience at a partner/lead level.
- Knowledge of Fair Work Act 2009, NES and SCHADS Award.
- WHS experience incl psychosocial risk and return-to-work coordination.
- Experience with HRIS and HR data reporting.
- Strong interpersonal coaching across all levels.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Leadership on workforce planning and people strategy.
- Lead WHS systems, oversee WHS Committee and psychosocial risk management.
- Advise managers on performance, conduct, disciplinary matters and investigations.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding; ensure compliance via Employment Hero and Go1.
