Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor, People & Culture Advisor or HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Awards, Enterprise Agreements and/or Industrial Agreements.
• Experience in mining, resources, infrastructure, construction, local government or operational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage performance management, misconduct and disciplinary processes.
• Support employee and industrial relations matters.
• Assist with injury management and return-to-work processes.
• Coach leaders on people-related issues and develop capabilities.
• Contribute to organisational development and learning initiatives.
• Support process improvements and people projects.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across dispersed teams.
