Komatsu Australia is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operator to join the Melbourne Fulfilment Centre in Tarneit, VIC. You’ll lead by example in daily warehouse activities, support the supervisor, and help develop the wider team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily workflow, priorities and targets.
• Be a go-to person for team members, offering guidance and sharing knowledge.
• Help train and support new and developing warehouse employees.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Look for ways to improve processes, efficiency and overall team performance.
• Lead by example in safety, teamwork and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and logistics providers to keep things moving.

The Opportunity

Komatsu Australia is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Warehouse Operator to join our Melbourne Fulfilment Centre in Tarneit.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's ready to step up, build their leadership skills and take on greater responsibility within a supportive team.

You don't need to have held a senior or leadership title before. We're looking for someone who leads by example, takes initiative, enjoys helping others and is ready to grow their career.

Working alongside the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly while helping support and develop the wider team.

What you'll be doing

What we are looking for

It would be great if you also have:

• A current LF Forklift or LO Order Picker licence.
• Experience helping train, mentor or support other warehouse employees.
• Knowledge of heavy machinery parts or industrial equipment.
• Experience using warehouse management systems such as KWMS, Dynamics or PMATES.
