Job summary

Astley Care is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee scheduling, transport, gardening and CHSP delivery across Perth''s south-east region. You will align resources, forecast demand and drive continuous service improvements with a data-driven approach.

You will lead a mobile workforce, partner with care and corporate teams, and implement system enhancements to improve productivity, client outcomes and sustainability in a values-driven not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume service environment.
• Experience coordinating mobile workforces, routes and schedules.
• Strong workforce planning and capacity management skills.
• Excellent IT systems capability and ability to learn new platforms.
• Analytical skills to identify root causes and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across scheduling, transport, gardening and community services.
• Coordinate workforce planning, resource allocation and service capacity to meet client demand.
• Oversee scheduling/dispatch to maximise efficiency of people, vehicles and resources.
• Analyse performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead projects and system enhancements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Support frontline leaders to achieve objectives and maintain a positive culture.
• Monitor performance metrics and operational risks.
• Collaborate with care, clinical and corporate teams to keep services client-focused.
