Take the Lead in a Growing Property Maintenance Business
QLD All Trade Services is seeking an experienced, highly organised and motivated Senior Operations Coordinator to take ownership of our daily business operations, lead our administration and field teams, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality maintenance services.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys managing people and processes, and has the confidence to make decisions and keep a busy operation running efficiently.
We are looking for someone who can lead the day-to-day business, not simply coordinate tasks.
QLD All Trade Services is an established and growing property maintenance company specialising in residential rental property maintenance, repairs, cleaning and trade services.
Based in Redcliffe, we work closely with real estate agencies, property managers, property owners and tenants throughout Southeast Queensland, including Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and Toowoomba.
Our reputation is built on reliable service, strong client relationships, quality workmanship and efficient turnaround times.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced professional to strengthen our operations and support the next stage of our development.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, coordinating our administration and field teams, managing client relationships and ensuring jobs progress efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion and invoicing.
You will have the autonomy to make operational decisions, resolve challenges and implement improvements, with administrative support available to assist with day‑to‑day tasks.
This position requires someone who can balance operational leadership with hands‑on involvement when required.
This is primarily an office‑based position located at our Redcliffe office, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
While the majority of your responsibilities will be performed from our Redcliffe office, occasional travel throughout Southeast Queensland may be required to attend site visits, meet with clients, coordinate field operations or address operational matters as needed.
As our services extend across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and Toowoomba, flexibility to undertake occasional work‑related travel is an important part of this role.
