Job summary

QLD All Trade Services in Redcliffe, QLD, is seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to take ownership of daily business operations, lead administration and field teams, and ensure high-quality maintenance services. You will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, scheduling, invoicing and continuous improvement across Southeast Queensland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in operations coordination, business administration leadership or a similar senior role.
• Experience supervising staff and managing team performance.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple jobs, deadlines and priorities.
• Experience preparing quotations, invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Current Queensland driver's license and willingness to undertake site visits and travel within SE Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations, prioritise workloads and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead administration staff, tradespeople and external contractors, ensuring accountability and consistent performance.
• Oversee maintenance requests, job scheduling, contractor allocation, workflow management and quality control.
• Oversee the preparation, accuracy and timely completion of quotations, invoices and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong client relationships with real estate agencies, property managers, owners and tenants.
• Take ownership of client concerns, complaints and operational issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Oversee correspondence, financial administration and supplier relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and internal procedures.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, tenancy legislation and company standards.
