Job summary

QLD All Trade Services is seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to lead daily operations, oversee administration and field teams, and ensure high-quality property maintenance services. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will balance leadership with hands-on involvement, coordinate quotations, invoicing, client relationships and compliance, with travel across Southeast Queensland as needed.

This full-time, office-based role offers Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:00pm and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in operations coordination or senior operations leadership.
• Experience supervising staff and managing team performance.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs, deadlines and priorities.
• Experience preparing or overseeing quotations, invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Current Queensland driver's licence and willingness to undertake travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations, prioritise workloads, manage deadlines and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead, support and coordinate administration staff, tradespeople and external contractors.
• Oversee maintenance requests, job scheduling, contractor allocation, workflow management and quality control.
• Oversee the preparation, accuracy and timely completion of quotations, invoices and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain strong working relationships with real estate agencies, property managers, owners and tenants.
• Take ownership of client concerns, complaints and operational issues, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
• Oversee correspondence, financial administration, supplier relationships and general business processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, service delivery and internal procedures.
• Ensure operations comply with WHS, tenancy legislation and company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training and developing team members.
• Provide regular operational updates, collaborate with the Managing Director to achieve business objectives.
