Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in operational risk, risk & controls, compliance, or internal audit within financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks (RCSAs, control testing, issue management).
• Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) with business stakeholders.
• Perform control testing and walkthroughs to assess design and effectiveness.
• Monitor incidents, risk issues, audit findings and remediation activities.
• Conduct targeted risk assessments to identify control gaps.
• Support third-party risk management and business continuity activities.
• Maintain risk and control documentation and matrices.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards and KRI reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Analyse risk trends and support enhancement of the risk framework.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and governance standards.
