Job summary

Susquehanna International Group in Sydney seeks an Operations Technology Analyst to join the Trading Operations team. This technology-led role bridges Operations and Technology, working across the full development lifecycle, with opportunities to apply AI from the outset.

You will rotate across Trading Operations to gain end‑to‑end exposure to the trade lifecycle and develop strong foundations in software engineering within a global trading environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in software development or technology-enabled operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related technical discipline is required.
• Financial markets or trading operations experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain technology solutions for Trading Operations.
• Translate operational problems into technical solutions bridging Operations and Technology teams.
• Develop applications using Python, SQL and other technologies to automate processes.
• Contribute to AI‑native architecture discussions and implement scalable solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle and ensure maintainability and quality.
• Rotate across Trading Operations to understand the trade lifecycle and business processes.
