Susquehanna in Australia seeks a Senior Analyst, Operational Risk & Controls to support the development and execution of our Operational Risk Management Framework across the Australian business. The role partners with risk and control owners to implement RCSAs, track remediation, and report on KRIs to senior stakeholders.

Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll help identify, assess and monitor operational risks, evaluate control effectiveness and support the delivery of practical

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in operational risk, risk and controls, compliance, internal audit or a related discipline within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) with business stakeholders.
• Perform control testing and walkthroughs to assess control design and effectiveness.
• Monitor operational incidents, risk issues, audit findings and remediation activities.
• Conduct targeted risk assessments to identify control gaps and emerging risks.
• Support third-party risk management and business continuity activities.
• Maintain risk and control documentation, including risk and control matrices.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Analyse risk trends and support the ongoing enhancement of the Operational Risk Management Framework.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and governance standards.
