Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP seeks a Senior Analyst to support the Operational Risk Management Framework across its Australian business, identifying, assessing and monitoring risks, evaluating control effectiveness and delivering practical risk solutions in a fast-paced trading environment.

You will facilitate RCSAs, perform control testing, monitor incidents and assist in risk reporting with senior stakeholders, while maintaining governance standards and policy adherence.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years' experience in operational risk, risk and controls, compliance, internal audit or a related discipline within financial services.
  • Experience in market making, proprietary trading, algorithmic trading or another capital markets environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks, including RCSAs, control testing and issue management.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and governance standards.

Overview

Susquehanna is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operational Risk & Controls to support the development and execution of our Operational Risk Management Framework across our Australian business.

Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll help identify, assess and monitor operational risks, evaluate control effectiveness and support the delivery of practical risk management solutions in a fast-paced trading environment.
