Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a similar role within financial markets.
• Operational knowledge of financial markets and trade flow.
• In-depth understanding of trade lifecycle from execution to settlement.
• Knowledge of equity derivatives; options and equities preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with brokers and internal teams.
• Strong mindset for efficiency, accuracy and process improvement.
• Familiarity with Asian Markets is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, VBA and Python; openness to AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile positions, cash and trade activity before market open.
• Match front office P&L to prime broker reporting.
• Analyze accruals, charges, expenses and commissions.
• Validate end-of-day prices and perform price checks.
• Coordinate with external parties to resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to system improvements to streamline daily tasks.
• Support growth into new products and markets.
• Work with legal and compliance on onboarding relationships.
• Assist desk with margin obligations and regulatory processes.
• Maintain and manage operations per regulatory framework.
