Job summary

Responsibilities include regular system health checks, preventative maintenance, and assisting users with AV operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an AV support role onsite at enterprise clients.
• Experience providing technical advice to external clients.
• Experience installing and servicing Crestron, Cisco, Shure and Tesira hardware.
• Experience managing Zoom, MS Teams, and Cisco platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite AV support for the major corporate customer.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and proactive issue resolution.
• Perform regular system health checks and preventative maintenance.
• Assist users with AV operations and ensure seamless meeting experiences.
