Job summary

Round Table Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced AV support specialist to provide onsite service for a major corporate customer in the financial services sector. You will deliver real-time troubleshooting and proactive issue resolution to ensure seamless meeting experiences for users.

Responsibilities include regular system health checks, preventative maintenance, and assisting users with AV operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an AV support role onsite at enterprise clients.
• Experience providing technical advice to external clients.
• Experience installing and servicing Crestron, Cisco, Shure and Tesira hardware.
• Experience managing Zoom, MS Teams, and Cisco platforms.
