Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Service Desk Administrator - Audio Visual to support our Managed Services team across Australia. You will remotely support AV and meeting room technologies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth collaboration experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise AV, video conferencing, or Unified Communications environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and modern meeting room technologies.
• Proven troubleshooting across audio, video, conferencing, and collaboration platforms.
• Understanding of AV signal flow and networking fundamentals; familiarity with AV vendors.
• Experience supporting Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritise, solve problems and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to documentation and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote Level 2/3 support for AV and meeting room technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Teams Rooms, video conferencing, audio, and collaboration platforms.
• Monitor AV environments, identify issues, and maintain performance.
• Assist end users with meeting setup and live call troubleshooting.
• Manage incidents, requests, and escalations while meeting SLA targets.
• Coordinate with vendors and onsite technicians to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and AV environment standards.
• Contribute to service improvements and client collaboration experiences.
