Job summary

Better Rehab is hiring Occupational Therapists to deliver client-centred therapy across diverse settings from home to community venues while supporting remote work with strong virtual connection.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, design impactful therapy plans, and build lasting client relationships within a multidisciplinary team that supports professional growth and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• A degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Open to Occupational Therapists of all levels of experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design therapy plans in clients' homes, day centres, parks or other environments.
• Build enduring relationships with clients and observe the impact of therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases and explore new approaches.
