PC Ability Pty Ltd is hiring a Senior NDIS Occupational Therapist for QLD, based in Logan or Gold Coast. This community-based role offers full-time or part-time options and focuses on delivering NDIS therapy in participants' homes and local environments.

You will conduct clinical assessments, tailor therapy plans, and mentor junior clinicians while collaborating with families and other stakeholders to improve outcomes. AHPRA registered OTs with the necessary checks are required.

Qualificações

• Registered Australian Occupational Therapist with NDIS experience.
• Ability to assess functional capacity and tailor therapy plans.
• Experience mentoring teammates is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants in home and community settings.
• Conduct clinical assessments of participants' abilities.
• Provide practical recommendations, including assistive tech and environmental adaptations.
• Mentor and support junior clinicians in the team.
• Collaborate with participants, families and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Take on leadership tasks and contribute to team growth.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll:

• Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
• Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
• Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
• Mentor and guide junior clinicians, providing professional support and sharing your expertise.
• Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Take on leadership opportunities, including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist with:

• AHPRA registrationand 1.5+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• A currentNDIS Worker Screening Check,Working with Children Check, andPolice Clearance(or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
• A valid driver licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
