Northern Health is seeking an experienced Hospital Coordinator for Kilmore District Hospital. The role focuses on coordinating patient flow, bed management and clinical operations to support high-quality care.

You will work with clinicians and managers, lead staff during demand and escalate issues to the Site Manager or Executive on call as needed. AHPRA nursing registration and 5+ years acute experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Current Registration as a Registered Nurse or Midwife, with AHPRA.
• At least 5 years acute clinical nursing experience.
• Experience as Bed Manager or Hospital Coordinator.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and negotiate solutions.
• Ability to analyse issues and adapt to changes in utilisation patterns.

• Manage hospital operations, clinical and non-clinical emergencies.
• Coordinate patient flow, bed management and workforce allocation.
• Support clinicians in patient care, deterioration, and progression of care.
• Escalate to Site Manager/Director as required.
