CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a Security Engineer – Network Security to join our Managed Security Engineering team in Australia. This hands-on role focuses on securing and maintaining customer network environments across Fortinet and Palo Alto platforms, including firewall troubleshooting, VPNs, NAT and routing tasks.

You will work across live production environments, contribute to service improvements, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations within a collaborative engineering

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate and/or Palo Alto Networks.
• Strong understanding of routing and switching, NAT and VPN/IPsec.
• Experience troubleshooting network and security issues in live production environments.

Mansioni

• Support and maintain customer network security environments across Fortinet and Palo Alto platforms.
• Investigate and resolve firewall, VPN, routing, switching and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot firewall policies, NAT, IPsec, and remote access VPNs.
• Perform scheduled configuration changes, upgrades and maintenance across production environments.
• Support FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls and management platforms (FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, Panorama).
• Respond to operational incidents and participate in on-call coverage.
