Accenture is seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and sustain enterprise-scale security solutions across data centres, cloud, and hybrid environments in Australia. You will work with Cisco ACI, Check Point, and Palo Alto technologies, combining hands-on engineering with leadership and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, strong networking fundamentals, and a track record in large-scale multi-vendor environments.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in Network and Security Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Check Point Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise network security solutions in large-scale environments.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, configure, and support network security solutions across data centre, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Perform firewall policy reviews, security assessments, rule optimisation, and platform health checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, security, routing, segmentation, and application connectivity issues.
• Configure and manage Cisco ACI environments, including tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, EPGs, contracts, and L3 Outs.
• Implement, maintain, and optimise Check Point firewall policies, including access control and NAT policies.
• Deploy, configure, and support Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama environments.
• Apply security best practices and maintain compliance with client operational standards.
• Participate in change management, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, project teams, and service delivery stakeholders to support solution design and operational outcomes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including HLDs, LLDs, implementation plans, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
