Job summary

SRG Hospitality in Sydney seeks two to three Operations Managers to own the operational performance of a cluster of up to four venues, reporting to the F&B Director and working with an Executive Chef who oversees the kitchen side.

You will drive standardised practice, labour efficiency, forecasting and cost control, and develop Restaurant Managers who are coached, stretched and held to account. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct line to senior leadership.

• Experience leading operations across multiple venues.
• Ability to drive cost control, forecasting and labour efficiency.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop restaurant managers.
